个人简介
夏瑞,教授,博士生导师;入选国家级人才项目;南粤优秀教师;广东特支计划科技创新领军人才。美国弗吉尼亚理工大学获得园艺学博士。目前是亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室和农业部华南地区园艺作物生物学与种质创制重点实验室的学术骨干。长期致力于园艺植物非编码RNA的研究,尤其是小分子RNA的生物合成及调控机理,已取得了国际领先的研究成果。目前主要利用生物信息学、基因组学及分子生物学等手段,围绕无患子科植物花性别决定机制以及南方主要水果花果发育调控等生物学问题开展研究。在Nature Communication, Genome Biology, The Plant Cell和Molecular Biology and Evolution 等学术刊物发表SCI论文40多篇。并已开发一系列生物信息数据分析工具数据库,如TBtools, sRNAminer, IGV-sRNAs和sRNAanno (www.plantsRNAs.org)等。
